| PERMITS AND PLAN REVIEW – STATUS |
| AF- Indicates approved w/ deferred fees. |
| EX- Indicates expired application. Project submitted and for some reason customer did not follow through with the process. Application expired no permit issued. |
| ER- Indicates created in error. |
| HD- Indicates on hold. |
| PA- Indicates pending verification. |
| PC – Indicates a project is in plan check. |
| PP- Indicates permit processed. |
| FI – Indicates Finalized permit or inspection finalized. This can change when the IT. Department runs final reports then FI changes to CP. |
| CP- Indicates closed period end. A project/ permit has been completed and finalized by our dept. (building and safety)and IT has run their final report. |
| CL- Indicates closed, either a permit or plan check has expired due to lack of response in plan check, or customer failed to call for inspections or failed to renew a permit after the 1 year expiration date. Permit is then closed by area inspector. |
| AP- Indicates permit or inspection is approved and permit is most likely still active. |

| AP- Indicates permit or inspection is approved and permit is most likely still active. |
| DA- Indicates an inspection has been disapproved. |
| CA- Indicates an inspection has been cancelled. |
| WA- Indicates an inspection has been waved |
| PA- Indicates partial inspection. |
| FI- Indicated inspection is finalized and should change to CP after IT. Runs their report. |
