Alameda County Community Food Bank Food Drive Starting on November 19, the Food Bank needs your help kick starting one of their biggest food drives of the year at Safeway stores across Alameda County. Donate food or consider volunteering to distribute. In 2015, 15,000 volunteers were instrumental in helping the Food Bank distribute more than 30 million pounds of food throughout the County.
