What: 4th Annual Berkeley Humane Pints for Paws 2017

Where:  2700 9th Street, Berkeley

When: Saturday June 3, 2-5 pm


Drink beer and save animals! Sample a selection of 80+ craft beers from 20+ local breweries while benefiting Berkeley Humane. Meet small, local craft brewers, cider makers and artisanal winemakers and sample a wide mix of unique brews. Don’t miss a great range of food from local food trucks and vendors. The Bay Area Book Festival will once again fill downtown Berkeley with a literary extravaganza that offers pleasure to anyone who has ever loved a book.   Whether you’re a fan of science fiction or history, of fiction or memoir, of poetry or food writing, of children’s literature or science, come experience one of the best book festivals on the planet! Check out the Family Fest Zone an interactive family zone including children’s authors!

Where: MLK Jr. Civic Center Park

Where: People’s Park at Telegraph Ave. at Haste St.

Come see amazing tricks at the Kinetic Arts Center Circus Stage and new to this year’s festival – Salsa in the Street live music and dancing featuring Rumbache and DJ Antonio Chavez. Enjoy the sounds of Grand Avenue Soul, Clean and Willow Steps.

Musical favorites John Brothers Piano Company will be return with Three Times Bad for some lively street sounds. Bring the kids for the Fun Zone and carnival rides.


What: Montclair Fine Arts Sidewalk Festival 2017

When: Saturday June 24 from 10 am- 6 pm and Sunday 25, 2017 from 10 am- 5 pm

Where: Montclair Shopping District, Mountain Avenue at La Salle

The Montclair Fine Arts Sidewalk Festival is in its 42nd year and celebrates art in the outdoors when more than 65 artists from the Bay Area and beyond will be displaying their wares against the scenic backdrop of Montclair Village and the Oakland Hills: Take home fresh produce and delectables from La Salle’s wonderful farmer’s market stalls from 9am-1pm.
