Mykah Larkins has been selling homes in the El Cerrito / Albany / Berkeley area in partnership with her aunt, Mary Gray, for the last five years. Prior to becoming a realtor, Mykah worked for many years in real estate-related activities. She was the administrative assistant for a large and well-known brokerage firm in the East Bay and later the marketing manager and loan processor for a highly regarded mortgage broker.
After college, Mykah worked in a busy video production house in San Francisco’s “media gulch,” handling day-to-day production coordination as well as the many facets of larger projects. This experience is reflected in Mykah's ability to efficiently handle the multiple steps of a real estate transaction, work within tight time frames, skillfully negotiate on behalf of her clients, and guide her clients through the process in a smooth and seamless manner.
A deeply committed professional and friend, Mykah’s life revolves around her family, friends, and work. She is very active in the Harding Elementary PTA, is an enthusiastic animal lover, and she truly enjoys helping her clients navigate the challenging experience of buying or selling a home. Mykah considers her work a privilege and says, “There are few events which create more potential stress in life. I like helping in this way.”

Mary Gray has been helping clients buy and sell homes in this community since 1986. Her years of experience and expertise make her a valuable resource for sellers, buyers, and other real estate professionals. Mary has functioned as a mentor for many highly regarded agents currently practicing in our area. She was a licensed registered nurse in her previous professional life, and according to one of her real estate clients, “Mary has the heart of a nurse and the mind of a lawyer.”
“These are extremely difficult times for owners of homes, prospective buyers of homes, and real estate professionals,” Mary says.
